You and your brother were playing basketball at the park. My son, who's 2 years old, asked to play with you. You not only welcomed him into your game, but you figured out a way to lower the hoop so he could have a better chance at making a basket. You let him keep the smaller of the two basketballs that you brought with you. You're only 9 years old yourself, but when you offered the ball to my son, you told me: "I've outgrown it."
